Head of Operations & Delivery

A seasoned Delivery & Operations professional, Sudhanva is the master of product, operations and cross-functional team management. Impactfully delivering transformation projects in EdTech & IT his strengths are implementing operation maturity framework, cost matrix optimization & establishing operational excellence for strategic business units.

Currently, focused on building an eco-system under a multi-dimensional learning approach using a co-curated training curriculum to impart high-quality learning & accelerate career progression for freshers & laterals. He is constantly exploring & expanding the global community of subject matter experts, pool of highly qualified & certified trainers to deliver unique learning and transformational experience to all learners.

When out of the office, Vamsi loves travelling to explore new places & cultures. He can also find him unwinding with a book and a cold glass of Rosé

When not on CRM and social media, Sampath resolves website and tech integrations ensuring smooth operations.

An always on the move marketing guy, Sampath spends his weekends in experiential living – parties & pubs!

A creative wizard, Sahil is an engineering graduate who followed his heart, self-taught, and today creates visuals that market themselves!

With UI/UX designs as aces up his sleeves, Sahil brings alive creatives for MGSA across the board. An artist through and through, he creates electronic music and indulges in travel photography in his time off.

Nikita handles marketing operations by streamlining processes between the marketing and sales teams to optimize business excellence.

With experience in both sales and marketing, Nikita works with the sales team to understand the needs of the customer better. Based on those insights, she coordinates with the marketing team to develop assets, improve processes and create solutions.

An ambivert by nature, Nikita is quiet at first but can talk endlessly after she knows you better. To unwind, she likes to draw mandalas, brush pen calligraphy, and listen to lo-fi music.
